Our Leeds fans here in the Transfer Tavern are looking forward to the remainder of this season but they are seriously worried about Chris Wood at the moment.
The Whites have been flying along of late and Garry Monk has done a superb job in putting together a squad capable of getting promotion to the Premier League at last.
Indeed, they look like they’re going to get the play-offs at the very least but they’d surely like Chris Wood fully fit – something he may not be at the moment.
The New Zealand international has been sent home from his nation’s squad thanks to a knock and, though that action seems precautionary at most, it’s still given Leeds fans something to worry about.
Certainly, on Twitter, the men from Elland Road’s supporters are worried at the moment and have duly reflected that feeling in some of their tweets.
