Leeds United fans have reacted positively to a passionate message from Liam Cooper amid the current COVID-19 outbreak which has postponed football.
Football is currently at a standstill, having been postponed due to the worldwide Coronavirus outbreak, leaving players to remain at home without training or football. Countless social media campaigns to engage with fans have continued in football’s absence, whilst players are doing what they can to help fans get through the uncomfortable and testing time.
Captain Cooper has replied to a recent message from one fan, who thanked the club’s staff for their generosity of late.
Cooper, who joined the club in 2013 from Chesterfield, and he has been a mainstay in the starting eleven ever since, contributing to a consistent level for Marcelo Bielsa’s side.

Making 30 appearances in the Championship this term, Cooper will be hoping that he and his teammates can continue their impressive run of form.
His classy response has seen a number of Leeds fans show support and praise on the club and the current players.
