Many Leicester City fans have shown journalist John Percy some love after he reported on some potentially good news for the club.

According to his report in the Telegraph, the club will be selling no players in January and James Maddison has opened contract talks.
Rumours in the Daily Mail have circulated in recent weeks linking both Ben Chilwell away from the club, as well as his England teammate Maddison in the Athletic, however, per the report, both are likely to stay until at least the end of the season.
Brendan Rodgers spoke to Percy this week and spoke about how the focus is on improving rather than losing anyone. With the story suggesting that Maddison, Chilwell, Jonny Evans and Caglar Soyuncu could be targeted by rivals team this summer, Rodgers left no ambiguity as to whether he expected them to leave.
“We’ve absolutely no plans to lose anyone in January. Our job is to keep what we have”, said the Northern Irish manager.
