Many Leicester City fans have had their say on Jamie Vardy being awarded the Man of the Match award against Burnley.

Despite Vardy scoring one of Leicester’s goals in their 2-1 victory over Burnley, some fans didn’t seem to think he was worthy of the award, with some suggesting that Youri Tielemans, Harvey Barnes or Ricardo Pereira were more worthy.
Leicester managed to do enough to earn three points despite an early scare from the Lancashire club, with Chris Wood putting Burnley 1-0 ahead after 26 minutes.
Vardy managed to equalise on the brink of half-time after a pinpoint cross from Harvey Barnes.
According to WhoScored, Vardy wasn’t the top performer for Leicester on the day, with them giving him a 7.8/10 rating for his 90 minutes. Their algorithm rated both Ricardo Pereira and Youri Tielemans higher, with 8.0/10 and 8.1/10 respectively.
Not every fan disagreed, however, there were a few who think it should’ve gone elsewhere.
Here are some of the replies below…
Absolute hero but Youri was MOTM yesterday followed by Harvey with his 2 assists.

Vardy seems to get questioned a lot about touches! When his game (and very forwards game) is about touches!!
