Plenty of Leicester City fans have been reacting to a transfer update on former target Philippe Coutinho.

The Foxes were linked with a move for the 28-year-old last summer, however, Coutinho, who worked with Brendan Rodgers at Anfield, remained with the Catalan giants.

Coutinho has made just 14 appearances in all competitions this season, missing the whole of 2021 so far through injury.

Coutinho transfer update

According to Spanish outlet Sport - via Sport Witness and relayed by Leicestershire Live, Barcelona have now put the Brazilian up for sale this summer.

The report claims that any side interested in the attacking midfielder will have to pay £35m, a snippet of his mega-money move to the Nou Camp from Liverpool back in 2018.
