The creative Brazilian star has hit the headlines twice in a week after not only penning a long-term new deal with the Reds but also managing to score a cracking goal to send them through to the fifth round of the FA Cup at the expense of a battling Bolton Wanderers side on Wednesday evening.
Now footage has emerged of a young Coutinho displaying his youthful exuberance, dribbling past powerless defenders on hard courts back in what we assume to be Brazil, aged just 12!
With the majority of our Reds fanatics agreeing on the fact that Coutinho is starting to hit those heights he set last season once again, Brendan Rodgers’ side could yet achieve a Champions League qualification place, which wasn’t looking too likely so long ago.
