Liverpool are still awaiting their first clean sheet in the Champions League this season after conceding a late goal to Genk in their 4-1 victory in Belgium last night.
The Reds were two minutes away from what would have been just their fourth shutout of the season when Stephen Odey plundered a consolation goal for Genk, who also had a first half goal disallowed for a very marginal offside, as per Sky Sports.
Liverpool’s official Twitter account @LFC provided a very terse, to-the-point update about the Belgian side’s 88th-minute goal.

The move began with Jere Uronen getting away from Dejan Lovren on the left flank and passing the ball off to Dieumerci Ndongala, who had the beating of three Liverpool players before teeing up Odey to score on the turn from just outside the six-yard box. [via UEFA.com]
