The 28-year-old picked up a hamstring injury that has seen him miss the Reds’ last three games in all competitions.

But LFCTV showed Alisson back on the training pitches in Kirkby, as he looks set to replace the young Irish shot-stopper Caoimhin Kelleher, who has been produced some impressive performances in his absence.
The Brazil international has been hampered with injury issues in the last two years, missing a total of 20 games during that timeframe (TransferMarkt).

With this in mind, supporters were delighted to see him back to saving shots and dashing in-between cones as Liverpool approach a crucial period of their title-chasing campaign.
