Many Liverpool fans reacted in delight to a picture that were released from behind the scenes of midfielder Thiago Alcantara’s return to outdoor training.
The 29-year-old has not featured much for Jurgen Klopp’s side this season following a knee injury that he suffered during his side’s 2-2 draw against Everton.

Thiago has played just 135 minutes of football in the Premier League this season, one of which was an impressive 45-minute cameo against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge at the beginning of the season (via the Liverpool Echo).
The Spaniard arrived at Anfield from Bayern Munich in the summer for £20m, having won the Bundesliga and Champions League with the Bavarian giants.

Unspruringly, supporters were ecstatic to see the Spaniard back out and running on the grass after his setback. But it is not clear whether he will wear the red of Liverpool again in 2020, or have to wait until January.
