Liverpool fans were feeling excited over the future of Xherdan Shaqiri after reports over the attacker’s position at the club.
According to Turkish newspaper Sozcu (via Sport Witness), Shaqiri has rejected a loan move to Galatasaray and will remain at Anfield at least until the end of the season.

It is thought that the 28-year-old is happy with the number of minutes he has received recently as he started the two Premier League games against Everton and Watford.
However, his season has been plagued by a calf injury and has seen him feature in just seven games across all competitions.
The £19.8m-rated, as per Transfermarkt, Switzerland international has been with the Reds since joining from Stoke City in the summer of 2018 after the club activated his £13m release clause (via BBC).
Fans were left excited by reports that the winger wants to stay at the club as they took to Twitter to react.
