Yesterday evening saw Tottenham Hotspur travel to Old Trafford and smash them 3-0 with goals from Harry Kane and a Lucas Moura double. The result from The Lillywhites was a real statement and the likes of Manchester City and The Reds can’t write off Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
Really annoying we haven't got United in the next few weeks. We'd ruin them. Imagine Firmino pressing Lindelof. Jones trying to chase Salah.

However, it’s not Tottenham hat a lot of Liverpool fans are focusing on as they can’t wait to face Manchester United whilst they’re in this vein of form. Jurgen Klopp’s men are in the form of their lives whilst Jose Mourinho’s side are fresh off the back of two straight losses where they’ve conceded six goals to Brighton and Tottenham. If the Red Devils were to travel to Anfield in the coming weeks, many would expect a heavy defeat for them.
Before a ball was kicked this season plenty of fans would have touted Manchester United to finish in the top four, however, if things keep going how they are now it won’t be long until they’re out of sight and have little chance of retaining Champions League football. It looks a given that Liverpool, City and Spurs will be up there the Kopites won’t be the only ones desperate to face United if things continue.

The Reds can’t wait to face Manchester United and will be keen to make it a game that will live long in the memory for them.
