Liverpool: Fans rave over Andy Robertson signing as club posts a throwback

Liverpool have thrown it back to the day Andy Robertson first signed for the Merseyside outfit.

The Scot penned a deal with the Reds back in 2017 for a fee of £8million (via BBC Sport). An extremely small price to pay for a man who is now valued at £57.6m and has a Champions League trophy, Club World Cup, Super Cup and Premier League title under his belt (via Transfermarkt).

Robertson has become an unchallenged player in Jurgen Klopp’s current Liverpool system. Since he usurped Alberto Moreno as first-choice left-back, he has been a crucial part of the Red’s setup.

Since his debut in red, the 26-year-old has made 92 Premier League appearances and has contributed an impressive 26 assists across the three seasons he has been with the club (as per Transfermarkt).
