Liverpool have tumbled out of the FA Cup at the hands of rivals Chelsea. As a result, many fans are in uproar over the lacklustre performance their side put in at Stamford Bridge and several supporters are pointing the finger at midfielder Fabinho.
The Reds failed to find the back of the net last night and uncharacteristically leaked two opposition goals. Jurgen Klopp opted for a starting eleven with a mix of seniority and youth players, with all but one defender making up the usual first team back four.
Curtis Jones started the match with Neco Williams who played the full 90 minutes, but it wasn’t the youngsters that riled the fans.
Fabinho is being slammed by Liverpool supporters after his error that led to Willian’s opening goal. The Brazilian also lost nine out of his 13 duels attempted and received the lowest outfield rating out of the visiting side with 5.2 (via FotMob).

I would like to know what Fabinho does. He is a DM but we concede more goals with him in the team than out of it. He is chronically slow when turned. I just don’t see what benefit he gives #LFC
