Liverpool have been without Philippe Coutinho since he made his massive move to Barcelona back in January 2018, almost two years ago.
It hasn’t worked out for him in Spain, though, with the Brazilian coming under heavy fire from the Catalan press, and he’s now being linked with a move to Bayern Munich.
Phil doesn’t fancy Germany, didn’t fancy Spurs, not massive on France. He wants either Barca or Liverpool, neither of whom want him https://t.co/5xjehJLLOO

Those links have surfaced via Mundo Deportivo and claim that Bayern want the Brazilian but are only trying to bring him in on a two-year loan deal with an option to buy, as opposed to an obligation to purchase the attacking midfielder.
The situation has been picked up on by Empire of the Kop, a Liverpool fan page, and the fans, as you will see in the tweets below, are far from sympathetic for their former player, mainly because of the manner of his exit from Anfield back in early 2018, which is touched upon in the BBC article published when he first signed for Barca.

The Reds have very little sympathy for Coutinho and are of the belief that the Brazilian needs to lie in the bed he made.
