A number of Liverpool supporters have been expressing their happiness at the news that work on the Anfield Road Stand expansion will soon get underway.
The Reds continue to impress on the pitch this season, with Jurgen Klopp's men winning 3-0 at Norwich City on Tuesday night.
It sealed a place in the fourth round of the Carabao Cup, while in the Premier League, only two points have been dropped in their opening five matches.

Away from the field, there is also positive news to report, with the club's official Twitter account confirming that the expansion of the Anfield Road end will begin with a 'ground-breaking ceremony planned for next week' before work continues throughout this season.
A total of 7,000 seats will be added to the stand, meaning Anfield will eventually have a capacity of over 61,000, making the atmosphere even more intimidating.
