Many Liverpool fans have been lauding an assist by Harvey Elliott for Blackburn Rovers versus Birmingham City in the EFL Championship.
As per a video clip shared by The Anfield Talk on their Twitter page, the 17-year-old played a long-range through ball from the inside of his own half into his teammate Adam Armstrong, who then finished the move off very nicely by slotting the ball into the corner of the net to put the Lancashire club 1-0 up inside the opening 10 minutes of the first half.

That was one of six assists that Elliott has produced so far in the 2020/21 term, adding to the four goals that he has scored as well in the 18 games that he has played in England’s second division (Transfermarkt).
