A number of Liverpool supporters are excited after the Reds finally announced several pre-season friendlies for later in the month.

Jurgen Klopp's men returned to training on Monday as they enjoy a stint in Austria during pre-season. Euro 2020 may only have ended on Sunday night, but focus now swiftly turns to club commitments as Liverpool look to improve on last season's third-placed finish in the Premier League.

A number of friendlies have been confirmed by the club, with 30-minute mini-games taking place against FC Wacker Innsbruck (5pm) and VfB Stuttgart (5.45pm) on Tuesday July 20.

Three days later, Liverpool face Klopp's former side Mainz (5.15pm), before a meeting with Hertha Berlin on Thursday July 29 (7.20pm).

It is exciting to have the Reds back in supporters' lives, with the new league campaign now just a month away.
