A number of Liverpool supporters want Naby Keita to leave the club this summer following an update regarding his future at Anfield.

The Guinean was an exciting £52.75m signing when he joined the Reds from RB Leipzig in 2018, having actually completed a move a year earlier. Big things were expected of the silky midfielder, but instead his time at Liverpool has been a major disappointment - indeed, one angry Kopite has labelled him a "colossal failure".

Injuries have played a big part in Keita's struggles, with the 26-year-old limited to just 76 appearances over the last three seasons, rarely allowing him to get a decent run in the team. That being said, his performances have also flattered to deceive too often, with the midfielder simply not having enough of an impact in games.

He has only found the net seven times for the Reds, and six of those came in two quick bursts in April and December 2019 (Transfermarkt).

According to journalist Sega Diallo on Twitter, both Leicester City and Crystal Palace are eyeing up a summer move for Keita, with Atletico Madrid also interested in the Guinean.
