Klopp and his blend of attacking football are setting the Premier League and Champions League alight this season, which is pleasing to many of our regulars eyes. Despite their defensive fragilities early on in the season, Liverpool seem to have found a recipe for success in recent months.
FSG and Klopp will be looking to the January window as a chance to bring some strength in depth to the squad, as they look to secure a top-four finish in the league. Indeed, missing out on the Champions League would be a huge blow to all invovled.
With that in mind, many of our punters believe the German should surely be looking at a goalkeeper after he’s spent the majority of the season dividing the number one spot between Simon Mignolet and Loris Karius, another forward and a defender

Theo Walcott
The out of favour winger hadn’t started a game all season. before Arsenal’s final Europa League game. However, he showed in that match just what he can bring to a team still and Klopp must surely want to add such experience and pace to his already quick frontline.
Able to operate across the attack, the England man could certainly do with a change of scenery and perhaps Klopp could be the best man to sort him out.
Virgil van Dijk
Van Dijk would surely still be considered a target for Klopp, as he looks to bring in a leader and a player that can organise his defence. Indeed, the Dutchman is obviously an improvement on the current lot, as well as a talismanic figure to help bring a backline together.
In order to secure a top four finish, Liverpool will want to avoid games like the Sevilla match the other week in the Champions League group game and add a vocal presence.
Jack Butland
Simon Mignolet has certainly improved this season, the Belgian is still a liability at times. Indeed, Liverpool still haven’t correctly sorted their options between the sticks and a move for Jack Butland could address that situation for the next ten years or so.
A truly wonderful ‘keeper, the England international is playing for a side going absolutely nowhere and would be a revelation on Merseyside.
