Borussia Dortmund star Emre Can has urged Jadon Sancho to snub Manchester United, according to Sport Bild via @utdreport.
Sancho has been widely tipped to move to Old Trafford this summer, as he has emerged as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s top target in the transfer market, but Can feels his teammate should stay at Dortmund for another season.
Speaking to Sport Bild, as transcribed by The Mirror, the German international said@ “I see no reason to put Manchester United above Borussia Dortmund. Not from a sporting side and not because of the appeal. I’d tell him to stay put and let’s play together forever.”
He added: “Jadon has class that not a lot of players possess. I noticed that fairly quickly. He’s enormously important for us.”
The 20-year-old made an appearance off the bench as the Yellow and Blacks celebrated the Bundesliga’s return with an emphatic 4-0 thrashing of Schalke on Saturday.
Which winger should Manchester United sign in the summer?
Rabbi Matondo
Jadon Sancho
Ever since he arrived at Signal Iduna Park from Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City for £7m in 2017, it is fair to say the England international has stunned the German top flight, scoring 14 goals and creating 15 assists in only 23 games in the Bundesliga for Lucien Favre’s side this campaign (WhoScored).
United have faced stiff competition from Frank Lampard’s Chelsea to try and bring the talented youngster to the Theatre of Dreams but recent reports suggest Solskjaer has won the race to sign the winger in the upcoming transfer window.

This is the most ridiculous thing I have read today…. I guess Emre Can needs some schooling…. United are miles away better than Dortmund… name it attractive, sporty, globally and even here in Social media.

Emre is salty of the fact that he spent years in England being inferior to us even when we’re going through a transition

He’s an ex Liverpool player. Of course he’s going to be biased and should be ignored regarding who to join.
