Louis Van Gaal’s side boast a strong defence, and regularly dominate possession, but have been let down by their form in front of goal- with the Dutch boss looking to add a new dimension to his attack.
Crucially, young Perez also fits his criteria of having talented youngsters that can leave a Van Gaal legacy at Old Trafford for his predecessor.
