Manchester United have scored at least six less than the rest of the top six this season, so if they’re to break back into the Champions League, they need more firepower. The Mirror have reported that Red Bull Salzburg’s Erling Haaland wants to move to Old Trafford if he makes a transfer in January, but fans are more concerned about other areas.

The 19-year-old has been electric this season, scoring eight goals in the Champions League from six appearances and netting 16 in 14 during the Bundesliga campaign so far. It seems he’s guaranteed to score goals and could be exactly what United need to get them firing again after choosing to sell their main target-man Romelu Lukaku in the summer.
However, even when United Xtra posted the news that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer had reacted to the report on Haaland’s future, saying “He knows what he wants to do and knows what he is going to do”, fans weren’t too excited (Quote via MEN). It seems some believe other areas, including the coaching staff, need to be improved to get the best out of him.
