Manchester United: Fans destroy Anthony Martial versus PSG

Many Manchester United fans have been destroying Anthony Martial after he missed a golden chance versus PSG in the UEFA Champions League.

At the start of the second half, the France international near enough had an open goal to aim at with the goalkeeper on the floor, but he ended up placing his shot way over the bar in what was to prove a costly error.

Paris Saint Germain ended up winning the game 3-1 on the night at Old Trafford, thanks to a double from Neymar and a goal from captain Marquinhos after Marcus Rashford had initially equalised in the first half for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s team.

It leaves the Red Devils needing to avoid a loss away at RB Leipzig in the final match in the group stage, and several Man United supporters are wondering what could have been if Martial did not squander his opportunity in front of goal.
