Manchester football correspondent James Robson has now revealed Dortmund are aware the 20-year-old wants to return to the Premier League, amid interest from United and Chelsea.
The Blues have already made the first move by making an offer to Timo Werner, who is reportedly on his way to Stamford Bridge, but Ole Gunnar Solskjaer appears to have the upper hand over Frank Lampard in the battle to sign the England international.

Solskjaer has made it clear that the youngster is his top priority when the transfer window opens.
Ever since Sancho arrived at the Signal Iduna Park from Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City for £8m in 2017, he has emerged as one of Europe’s hottest talents, scoring 17 goals and creating 16 assists in 28 games this season (WhoScored).
Understandably, the Norwegian is desperate to bring him to Old Trafford, given his performances in recent years.

First of all, the quality of teams in the Bundesliga are better than the quality in the EPL. Jadon Sancho has been decent in Europe and has proved he is capable of be good against good teams. We need a RW, and he fits in with the United brand as he’s young, great and marketable
