Manchester United expect Paul Pogba will be available for selection if the Premier League resumes next month, according to the Manchester Evening News via @utdreport.
Although Pogba’s future has been subject to frequent transfer speculation in recent months, Dominic Booth notes he could stay at Old Trafford beyond the upcoming window.
Maurizio Sarri’s Juventus and Zinedine Zidane’s Real Madrid have long been interested in signing the Red Devils talisman and gossip has largely been fuelled by the actions of his controversial agent Mino Raiola.
However, although he has only made 7 appearances in the Premier League for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side this season, the 27-year-old has still scored 31 goals and created 31 assists overall, winning the Europa League and lifting the League Cup since his return to the club (Transfermarkt).
Popular fan page @utdreport shared the news on Twitter, prompting lots of replies from the United faithful.
Unsurprisingly, loads of Red Devils gushed over the “fantastic” update on social media, with several fans insisting the “Premier League ain’t ready.”
