Manchester United: Fans hammer Anthony Martial vs West Ham

Lots of Manchester United fans have been hammering Anthony Martial for his very poor display versus West Ham United in the Premier League.

Although Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s team won 3-1 away at the London Stadium in the end, thanks to goals from Paul Pogba, Mason Greenwood and Marcus Rashford to cancel out the opener from Tomas Soucek, the performance of the France international was far from flattering for members of the Old Trafford faithful.

He lost possession of the ball no fewer than 10 times in the game, and also only won two out of his nine duels (Sofascore).

He also failed to make a successful dribble, key pass accurate cross or long ball, and only managed a mere 36 touches of the ball in total (Sofascore).

If he continues performances like this one, then Solskjaer may have to seriously think about dropping the 25 year-old in the near future.
