Following photos that have been posted online (via Metro) of linked striker Erling Haaland signing a Manchester United shirt, among various other jerseys from different clubs, some supporters have buzzed over their prospects of landing the in-form forward in January.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side have been heavily linked with a swoop for the Norwegian target man since he started turning heads with his phenomenal numbers, scoring 16 goals in 14 league appearances so far this campaign whilst also finding the net eight times in the Champions League group stages.
The teenager, son of former Manchester City player Alf-Inge, is being dubbed as a hot prospect throughout Europe given his stunning form.
As a result, supporters have taken to social media and pleaded their excitement over bringing the youngster to Old Trafford in the looming January transfer window. Indeed, so much so that some are even suggesting he’d be a better fit than RB Leipzig’s Timo Werner, who was linked with the Red Devils by the Metro earlier this month.

With the type of strikers we have at the moment, Haaland is the better option. He comes with a PLAN B..when teams sit back, he has the presence for James crosses. Werner is same with Martial. I like Werner though

Personally I’d prefer haaland, I don’t feel like we need a striker but if we did get him than it would add a different type of threat and he could only get better
