Anthony Martial had a great campaign last season at Manchester United, and his performances have clearly not gone unnoticed as he has been called up to the France squad for their upcoming fixtures against Sweden and Croatia.
The former Golden Boy winner who is valued at £52.50 million and has scored 71 goals since joining the Red Devils, had his best campaign at the club as he managed to score 23 goals and assist 12 times in all competitions last season, per Transfermarkt, which is the most goal contributions he has had in one full term for the club.
His attacking threat in the Premier League was not just shown by his 17 goals in the division, but also by the fact he was managing on average 2.5 shots per game as well as 1.6 successful dribbles, via WhoScored.
Martial has made 18 appearances for France now, but his last appearance came in an international friendly against Russia back on the 27th March 2018, so he will be raring to show manager Didier Deschamps what he can do so that he can start to be consistently called up for the national team.
