Manchester United fans will probably want to transfer window to end sooner rather than later just so that they can stop hearing constant speculation about the possible signing of Jadon Sancho.
The Englishman has made 99 appearances for the Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund, registering 77 goal contributions as he has scored 34 times and supplied 43 assists, per Transfermarkt.
There is no doubting his quality, and his performances have clearly not gone unnoticed as he has become a regular feature in Gareth Southgate’s England squad, with two goals in 13 caps. However, what makes the transfer rather more complicated is the amount that Dortmund want for him.
Fabrizio Romano has been speaking about this and he has said, via utdreport, that despite Borussia Dortmund’s public stance, they will still sell Jadon Sancho this summer if they receive €120m.
This update by respected journalist Romano suggests that the only way we will see the German club sell the player is if their high valuation is met, so it is now up to the Red Devils to decide how much they want the player.
Here’s what fans had to say following the news, with the majority seemingly tired of the ongoing saga which has lasted for several months now as Ed Woodward has chased him all summer.
