Manchester United: Fans urge Red Devils to move for N’Golo Kante after social media post from Paul Pogba

A number of Manchester United fans have been urging the Red Devils to make a move for N’Golo Kante, after Paul Pogba shared an Instagram image of the pair on international duty.

Pogba and Kante are both currently on international duty with the French national team, and it has been reported that the Chelsea midfielder could be wanting to leave Stamford Bridge after a falling out with Frank Lampard. However, that has now been denied by the Blues, as per The Sun.

Chelsea, though, have been consistently linked with a move for West Ham and England midfielder Declan Rice throughout the summer. It has even been suggested by TalkSPORT’s Adrian Durham that the Blues should swap Kante for the 21-year-old.

Manchester United are in need some extra depth in their defensive midfield positions and they have been linked with a move for Kante before – the Blues star averaged two tackles and two interceptions per game last term at Stamford Bridge (via Sofascore).

Pogba meanwhile has taken to Instagram to share an image of himself with Kante on international duty, leaving many United fans suggesting that the Frenchman should try and convince his compatriot to join him at Old Trafford.
