Manchester United fans took to Twitter to express their thoughts on just who their ‘one signing’ should be with many pointing to Sporting CP’s Bruno Fernandes.
Fernandes has come off the back of a record-breaking season last campaign, as he broke Frank Lampard’s (27) record for most goals from midfield in a season (32).
The report comes off the back of the club’s world record deal for defender Harry Maguire, who was signed for £80m from Premier League side Leicester City.
The Old Trafford giants have also made the signings of Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Daniel James this summer.
Fans are adamant that Fernandes is the right man for the club, and took to Twitter to beg their club to sign the 24-year-old.
Here is a selection of tweets from the Old Trafford faithful following the reports:

Massive lack of creativity at United, pogba aside everyone else wont even get close to 10 assists. And if Pogba does spit his dummy out we done. Get Fernandes in asap
