West Ham United will be desperate to improve on their last result as they failed to secure all three points against Huddersfield in what was a winnable game.
The Hammers haven’t quite managed to reach their full potential in the current campaign under Manuel Pellegrini, with plenty of improvements still to be had. And, it appears as if one of the club’s star men is attracting interest, as according to The Daily Star, Manchester United are keen to lure Declan Rice to Old Trafford.
It’s understood that Manchester United have officially declared their interest in Rice, who is involved in a contract dispute with the Hammers.
Indeed, the Hammers have had an improved deal, believed to be £20,000-a-week, rejected.
This has seen the likes of Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea, Everton and Germany’s Borussia Dortmund take an interest.
But at the moment, the strongest interest is coming from United.
THE VERDICT:

Declan Rice is one of the hottest prospects in English football and has the potential to play at the very top level, with a move away from the London Stadium helping him achieve his dream of playing in Europe.
However, he may struggle to earn regular minutes at a top six club, which could potentially halt his development.
