According to the publication, Louis van Gaal wants to buy Edinson Cavani this summer, which would of course leave RVP out in the cold given Wayne Rooney has firmly established himself as United’s main man up top – and we think RVP will be a little bit peeved about that.
Cavani meanwhile is desperate to end his hell in Paris and would love a move away from Paris Saint Germain, looking more and more fed up with each passing game under Laurent Blanc – and as one of our punters notes, getting rid of RVP and adding Cavani would be a major shake-up at Old Trafford.
