Manchester United: Fans hail transfer update as Red Devils unlikely to move for David Brooks or Josh King

Lots of Manchester United fans have welcomed a transfer update from Manchester Evening News about Bournemouth duo David Brooks and Josh King.
According to the outlet, both players have been under consideration by the club’s recruitment team this summer, with Brooks particularly of interest.
However, it seems as if any deals for the pair are now unlikely as the deadline fast approaches, with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side perhaps looking at other targets before the summer window shuts.
Maybe the Red Devils have dodged two bullets here as Brooks has a rather poor injury record as of late and King only managed to score a mere six goals in 27 games in 2019/20 and would likely have had to compete for a starting place in attack with the likes of Anthony Martial, Marcus Rashford and Mason Greenwood.
Would Brooks or King start for Man Utd?
Yes

No
