Everton are plotting a swoop for Aston Villa, West Ham, Fulham and West Brom target Josh King, according to Football Insider.
As per the outlet, AFC Bournemouth have slashed the asking price for their man, with it reportedly going down from £20 million to £15 million.
King has previously held talks over moves to both West Ham and Aston Villa, while there has also been interest from the likes of Fulham and West Brom.
Nonetheless, a recruitment source has apparently claimed that the Merseyside club are plotting a surprise last-ditch swoop for the Norway international if the terms of the deal are right for them.
King would reportedly prefer a move back to the Premier League and Carlo Ancelotti’s team may fit the bill for him.
King has excelled in the Premier League
Indeed, the 28-year old has excelled in the top flight before, having scored a rather impressive 48 goals and having make a further 15 assists in 161 top-flight games for The Cherries (via Transfermarkt).
King may well be able to provide good cover for Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Richarlison up top for the Goodison Park faithful should one of them get injured or suspended.
