Loads of Manchester United fans have been left buzzing as Record (via Sport Witness) have reported that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s team have already made a formal offer to Jorge Mendes to sign Cristiano Ronaldo.
As per the news outlet, Juventus are apparently willing to let their star man go if they fail to win the UEFA Champions League again, as Andrea Pirlo’s side are working on reducing their wage bill.
Should Manchester United sign Ronaldo?
However, the Old Trafford faithful are reportedly not the only ones interested in signing Ronaldo, with PSG also in the hunt for the Portugal international.
There is no doubt that Ronaldo would be a sentimental signing for the Red Devils, having scored a very impressive 118 goals and supplied a further 69 assists in 292 matches over all competitions for Man United in six consecutive seasons (Transfermarkt).
The world superstar also won no fewer than three Premier League trophies and a UEFA Champions League title under Sir Alex Ferguson, as well as several other accolades.

These Man Utd supporters buzzed upon reading the offer for CR7 on Twitter, with one fan even branding the 35 year-old striker as a ‘king’:
Come back home again King. Here we go one last time.
