Lots of Manchester United fans have been left fuming as Manchester Evening News have reported that a deal for Jadon Sancho remains difficult.
As per the news outlet, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s team will keep the England international on their shortlist ahead of next year but any chance of pulling off a deal will be hard given the continued loss of revenue that the Old Trafford faithful will experience in the next few months or so.
Should Manchester United pay over the odds for Sancho?
Indeed, there were various reports throughout the whole summer transfer window that Sancho leaving Borussia Dortmund to go to the Red Devils was close, but a deal never materialised.
The 20 year-old has been a revelation in Germany since his move from Manchester City, scoring 36 goals and making a further 47 assists in 108 games in all competitions over the last four consecutive terms (Transfermarkt).
Indeed, he has left several Man Utd fans pondering as to what might have been.
