News Liverpool fans were dreading filtered into the Transfer Tavern earlier this afternoon in the form of Jordan Henderson being ruled out for this weekend’s massive clash with Arsenal.
The Reds skipper sat out during the horror-show that was Jurgen Klopp’s side’s performance at Leicester on Monday night as the Merseysiders slipped to a 3-1 defeat, and while there were hopes he would be back in time for the Gunners’ visit to Anfield, many feared that he would once again be missing.

The bad news was delivered by the German boss in his pre-game press conference, and since a few Liverpudlians have been drowning their sorrows up at the bar, while some Arsenal supporters continue to question why the midfielder is rated so highly by them.
In truth, the Liverpool midfield operates far more effectively with the England international’s slick passing and energy and fans on Twitter are clearly upset about it, so upset that one even suggested Alberto Moreno should come into the XI!
