The Manchester United fans here in the Football Transfer Tavern have had a lot to talk about over the past few weeks.
Jose Mourinho has been linked with moves for some world class names, as well as rumours swirling around those in his current playing staff.
There is plenty to get excited about in the red half of Manchester once again, with Mourinho having secured a return to the Champions League, albeit via an unconventional route, and silverware each season looking almost a given as it was under the reign of Sir Alex Ferguson.
The excitement really began to grow in the bar this week as the landlord rang the bell and read from the announcement confirming the Red Devils’ Premier League fixtures for the coming season.
There is no real horror run for Mourinho and his players, meaning of course that the United fans here in the Tavern are already getting ahead of themselves and have taken to social media to voice their expectations…
