Norwich City team news: Farke has no real concerns heading into Hull clash

Championship leaders Norwich City will have an excellent chance of extending the gap at the top of the table on Tuesday.

The Canaries travel to struggling Hull City and will be looking to build on their impressive 4-1 demolition of Swansea City from the weekend.

And, according to a match preview by Sky Sports, it appears the east Anglia outfit will not have too many concerns heading into the contest.

Teemu Pukki has been in fine form for Daniel Farke’s side so far this season and will want to add to his tally of 10 goals in 15 league appearances.

Moritz Leitner is touch-and-go for the game against the Tigers, as he picked up a calf problem during their emphatic win against the Swans, whilst Emi Buendia is expected to shake off the knock he picked up to his knee.

Farke will also be pleased to have Grant Hanley back in contention, as the skipper has been sidelined since early September with a thigh problem.

The Verdict:

Norwich have been really impressive this season and they will look to continue their fine form when they make the long journey to Hull.

Farke will be hoping Pukki continues to remain clinical in front of goal, whilst he will want Buendia’s performance against Swansea to be replicated against the Tigers.

There is always a concern of complacency when facing a team at the wrong end of the table, however, the Canaries will want to ensure they put in a professional performance and build on their lead at the top of the Championship.
