Celtic put a bitterly disappointing European result behind them with a stunning 0-6 win away at St. Johnstone yesterday, surely looking to prove a point. Indeed, with so much made about things behind the scenes at Parkhead, their biggest win in a while certainly suggests the team is still fighting.
While, obviously following a win of this manner, there are a lot of heroes to emerge, James Forrest stands out. The Scotland international bagged four goals just days after penning a long-term new deal with his boyhood heroes, putting his red card out in Salzburg on Thursday night behind him.
As you can imagine, the 27-year-old sent fans into a frenzy with a four-goal haul, along with his teammates. Following the game, Odsonne Edouard took to Twitter to praise the winger, delighting the green and white faithful on social media even more!
