Despite not being safe from the drop just yet, there’s a real party atmosphere in the Birmingham City corner of the pub this afternoon after the club beat Huddersfield Town 2-0 at St Andrews this afternoon.
After Blackburn Rovers beat Aston Villa at Ewood Park, the pressure was on Birmingham to get it right against Town, who had already secured their play-off place.
And it was a jaded performance from David Wagner’s men on the day and Redknapp’s Blues overcame all manor of controversy to come out on top.
Despite missing an early penalty and having Che Adams sent off, Birmingham battled til the end and their supporters here in the bar are delighted with the spirit being shown under Harry Redknapp’s guidance.
And as you can imagine, Blues fans had a lot to say on social media after the match.
