Philippe Coutinho and Neymar are known to be close friends, which has helped to fuel rumours of the Liverpool man heading to Barcelona, but what if the tables were turned?
A recent report from Don Balon has hinted that the Reds ace is tempted by the prospect of heading to the Nou Camp to team up with his compatriot, but with Kopites desperate for this not to happen and the La Liga superstar having mentioned Liverpool when talking about how much he likes the Premier League, some supporters are suggesting an alternative option.
Although we’re sure it’s somewhat tongue in cheek, quite a few Twitter users are urging Coutinho to attempt to persuade Neymar to head to the banks of the River Mersey. It must be said that this is one of the most unlikely transfers to have been discussed in quite some time, but Liverpool followers seem to be holding out some hope…
