Pardew About To Spend £7M! Hold The Front Page!

With Jose Enrique having left for Liverpool, Newcastle are keen to bolster their options at left back, and Ally Cissokho is the latest man to have been linked with a move to the Tyneside.

Having previously been link`1ed with moves to both Liverpool and Arsenal, Alan Pardew believes Cissokho to be the perfect replacement for Enrique.

Having already made his debut for the French national side, Cissokho has his eye on becoming the long-term replacement for Eric Abidal at left back. He faces stiff competition from Cheikh M’Bengue, also a possible target for the Magpies, and many have questioned the sense of a move away from France, and regular first-team football with Lyon, in his quest for this goal.

Should he make the move however, and providing he can make the left back position his own, then the Premier League offers arguably the greatest stage to perform on.

Firstly though, Cissokho needs to impress the Newcastle scouts enough to beat off competition from rivals Erik Pieters, Wayne Bridge, and M’Bengue, all also linked with a move to the North-East. Should he be successful in this, he will probably cost Newcastle in the region of £7M according to Mercato365.

Well now, when it comes to football, one man has for many years been the most noticeable, the most controversial, and occasionally the most successful blogger this country has ever produced. His pithy words and abrasive style make him as famous off the pitch as he is on it. This man is Escapini. "I love football. Football she's a cruel mistress. She's, she's more than a mistress. She's a wife, she's a mother, she's a daughter, she's an errant child. She's a… she's a… she can make you laugh, she make you cry. She can bring tears me eyes. She can bring blood to me shoulders. She can bring a kettle to the boil." "Cause football is about nothing, unless it's about something and what it is about, is football."
