Leeds were having a dier transfer window a couple of weeks ago, however, things have turned around for The Whites and all of a sudden the grass is a little bit greener. Patrick Bamford is one of those who’s signed recently and whilst talking to the press yesterday, he’s won over plenty of Leeds fans.

The 24-year-old Grantham born striker looks like being an amazing addition at Elland Road. His Championship goalscoring record speaks for himself as he’s bagged 36 goals in 100 games in England’s second tier, including a hat-trick against Leeds for Middlesbrough last season. The Whites are certain that they’ll be more Championship hat-tricks for the 24-year-old this season as they push for promotion.
Leeds could also be looking to sign one or two more players this summer, with defensive reinforcements being rumoured such as Wolves’ Barry Douglas and a central defender to partner alongside Pontus Jansson and Kalvin Phillips, who’s been turned into a makeshift centre-back under Marcelo Bielsa. Either way, Bielsa is looking like he means business this season and if Bamford can get going quickly then there’s every chance the Whites can be promoted this season.

As you can see, the fans are already loving Bamford and have high hopes for the 24-year-old striker as he looks to make his mark at the Yorkshire club.
