According to a report in the Independent, Spurs could find it difficult to bring Anthony Martial from Manchester United to White Hart Lane, despite the France international wanting to leave the Red Devils.
It is thought that Jose Mourinho’s side does not really want to see him leave, however, if they are to sell him, it will not be to their Premier League rivals, with both Tottenham and Chelsea interested.
Pochettino remains a huge admirer of Martial and is determined to add pace to his side as they look to end their drought for silverware, however, a move to north London looks highly unlikely.

Should Spurs be able to convince Manchester United to let Martial join them, the locals in the Tavern would be delighted with the business. However, it does seem highly unlikely at the moment and the punters may feel Tottenham should look elsewhere, rather than waste their time on an improbable acquisition.
