Spurs have scored only three goals in the four games since they shocked Manchester City at White Hart Lane.
They have also failed to win in those four games and are losing ground in the title race, sitting five points behind leaders Liverpool.
They will be facing a West Ham side this weekend that are slowly regaining some of their defensive resilience after a difficult start to the season.
Bilic will most likely field three defenders at the back to smother Kane, but Mauricio Pochettino will likely have a trick up his sleeve.

KEVIN N’KOUDOU
Kevin N’Koudou has been used sparingly since arriving from Marseille in the summer.
The Frenchman has incredible pace and would be a great player to bring on against tired legs. Arguably that’s what Mauricio Pochettino should have done against Arsenal rather than settle for the draw.
It could also be a great move from a tactical standpoint as there would be plenty of room behind the wing-backs should Bilic play 3-4-3, with N’Koudou facing up against the defensively-suspect Michail Antonio.
HARRY WINKS
Harry Winks is one of the most exciting players in the Spurs youth ranks and will be looking to follow in the footsteps of Harry Kane in becoming a key member of the first team.
The 20-year-old is good on the ball and a creative influence on the game who would arguably add something a little different should Christian Eriksen and Dele Alli fail to exert control over the game.
The youngster has only played nine minutes of top flight football this season, however, so it remains to be seen whether Pochettino will trust him.
