Arsenal fans surely can’t be dealing with another season in the Europa League as they’d love nothing more than to see their side competing with the world’s best. Although, in order to do that the Gunners will have to bring in a number of players in the summer transfer window.
Interestingly, it appears as if the North London club have their eye on a potential raid in the summer, as according to The Mirror, Arsenal have entered the race to sign Charlton Athletic’s Joe Aribo.
The winger has been simply sensational in League One this season, producing six goals and assisting two up until this point. And, it’s safe to say that Unai Emery has been open to giving younger players a chance.

EMERY MAKES BARGAIN SIGNING
Of course, there’s nothing clubs love more than securing a bargain, and Unai Emery could bag himself one if he manages to land the 22-year-old in the summer months.
Aribo is out of contract at the end of the season which means he will be available for a small compensation fee because of his age. It really is a no-brainer for the Gunners as he’s enjoyed his fair share of special moments and he has the potential to develop into a star in the Premier League.
WINGER VOID FILLED
One of the biggest worries for the Gunners ever since Alexis Sanchez left for Manchester United has been out wide as their only natural winger in the first-team ranks is Alex Iwobi.
The Gunners have never lacked pace in the final third this season but one thing that has been missing is having a players who can drive at defenders and whip a ball into the box, as the wing-backs that Emery currently operates with haven’t always been able to get forward and influence the game.
So, bringing someone like Aribo to the Emirates would help offer that extra bit of excitement in the final third and he’d bring a different dimension to Arsenal’s attack.
