Tottenham Hotspur are exasperated with Serge Aurier after appearing to break lockdown rules for a third time, according to The Telegraph.

Despite the fact he has already been forced to apologise for several infractions so far, Aurier posted pictures of himself on Instagram purportedly showing the Ivory Coast international getting a new haircut at his home.

Understandably, Spurs have reportedly opened an investigation into the defender's latest indiscretion as the news emerged prior to the first team's return to the Hotspur Way training ground on Tuesday. Club officials have had enough of the right-back's behaviour and are prepared to hand him a heavy fine for the breach of social distancing guidelines.

Hairdressers are set to open in England on July 4 at the earliest and people are not allowed visitors to their homes (BBC).

After arriving at White Hart Lane from Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain for £22.5m in 2017, the 27-year-old has made 24 appearances in the Premier League this season, scoring one goal, creating four assists, making 3.1 tackles per game, averaging 1.5 interceptions and completing 2.5 clearances on average (via WhoScored).

Unsurprisingly, loads of Spurs fans blasted Aurier for his "awful" mistake on social media, with one supporter branding him a "clown" and another pleading with the board to "get rid" of the right-back. One fan even dubbed him a "total liability".
