Tottenham Hotspur fans were blasting VAR as Harry Kane’s effort in the first-half was disallowed after he was narrowly caught offside.
The technology system has become infamous among the supporters and pundits this season for the numerous decisions it has made.
In the game against Brighton and Hove Albion, the system called the England international offside by the narrowest of margins (via BBC).
Spurs were on the receiving end of more VAR decisions during the game against Chelsea last weekend when Heung-Min Son was sent off after he was caught kicking Antonio Rudiger in the chest.
They also conceded a penalty in the same game after Paulo Gazzaniga took out Marcos Alonso when the Spaniard was played through on goal.
It seems the fans aren’t the biggest fans of VAR as they took to Twitter to hit out at the system for overturning Kane’s goal yesterday.
